# How to become an Investor?

Any individual interested in participating in the NEOKingdom can submit their KYC and other relevant documents to the NEOKingdom. If the person is approved, the person is gifted one share of the NEOKingdom. Once the person obtains any tokens to its whitelisted address, the person can participate in the ownership and dividend distribution of the NEOKingdom.
